Zen Room

A quiet place to think out loud.

When your head is full, Zen gives you a calm, separate space to vent, slow down, or sort through what happened. It listens first, answers gently, and keeps these talks apart from your everyday chats.

How a Zen session works

There's nothing to set up. Open the room and start typing, or pick one of the starter prompts.

  1. Open the room

Zen opens in its own space. Your work chats and Workspace projects stay where they are.

  2. Say what's on your mind

Write freely, or start from a prompt such as I need to vent, Take a breather, or Guided breathing.

  3. Go at your own pace

The reply is supportive and brief, and it picks up from your recent messages so you don't have to repeat yourself.

  4. Come back later

Sessions sync to your account, so you can reopen them on another device or delete them whenever you like.

Two models, two feels

You can switch models inside the room at any time. The conversation stays in Zen.

Free & Pro

Salus

Steady and grounded, tuned for health and wellbeing topics. It's a good default for reflecting on stress, sleep, or how your body feels.

Try “I keep replaying a conversation from work and can’t switch off.”

Pro only

Ethos

Warm and conversational, for talking things through when you want a companion more than an answer.

Try “Can we just talk for a bit? Today was a lot.”

What Zen is, and isn't

Zen supports reflection. It doesn't replace people who are trained to help.

Good for

  • Getting a hard day off your chest
  • Naming what you're feeling
  • A short breathing or grounding exercise
  • Thinking a situation through before you act

Not a substitute for

  • A therapist or counsellor
  • A doctor or medical advice
  • Emergency or crisis services
  • Anything where a mistake could hurt you

If you're in danger or thinking about harming yourself

Please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right now. An AI can misread a situation, so reach a real person first.

Privacy and limits

Zen messages pass through our server to the AI provider for the model you choose. That provider may process or keep prompts under its own policy, so only share what you're comfortable sending.

Zen history is stored apart from main chat and Workspace. It's cached in your browser and synced to your account.

Your plan allowance and a provider's capacity are separate limits. A request can occasionally fail before you reach your daily count. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
