Terms of Service

Stochumberg offers AI chat, web research, a document-focused Workspace, and a separate Zen Room for reflection. These features send relevant requests to external AI providers. The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed; these Terms explain how the service may be used and its limits.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Stochumberg. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms and the applicable rules of the model providers. You are responsible for activity under your account and for using the service lawfully. Do not bypass request limits, interfere with the service, or use automated methods to exhaust shared provider capacity. Providers may impose additional eligibility, location, and use restrictions.

Do not use Stochumberg to facilitate unlawful harm, impersonation, malicious code deployment, or unauthorized access to others' information. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, the service, or our provider accounts.

Model requests are processed by external AI services and are subject to the applicable service and model terms. The pricing page lists Stochumberg's daily per-model allowances. “Unlimited” means no Stochumberg daily request cap for that model, not unlimited upstream capacity. External services can impose account-wide quotas, rate limits, or outages. A displayed allowance does not guarantee that a request will be accepted. Models and availability may change; we will update product information when they do.

AI responses, source citations, and generated study materials can be inaccurate or incomplete. Salus and Oikos are model names, not medical or financial credentials. Zen Room is not therapy or an emergency service. Do not rely on Stochumberg alone for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial decisions; consult a qualified professional or local emergency support when appropriate. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free output. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
